With AuditXL Developer's content builder, users may build complete management and compliance audit systems from blank templates or they may utilize any of the provided content modules and customize them to meet their organization’s unique requirements.

  • Developer enables users to easily:

    • Add, Edit, or Remove content (Key Elements, Requirements, Assessment Questions) included in any AuditXL module to meet unique organization requirements
    • Establish and customize score types (answers) relevant to the user's organization standards other than just yes/no answers, e.g., unique percentage range answers, process completion answers, variations of yes/no such as yes/partial/no answers, etc.
    • Create a Risk Assessment Matrix. Either a 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5 matrix
    • Create links to governmental, regulatory and/or the user's web sites and to the user's document(s) on its servers at the Key Element, Requirement and/or Assessment level for reference by the user during an audit
    • Establish parameters for AuditXL’s scoring algorithm (optional) and non-conformity detection
    • Establish priorities for each Assessment question for subsequent filtering purposes
    • Incorporate existing regulatory or company compliance or management system requirements into AuditXL content
    • Create complete new management and compliance audit systems for any type of business process
