Hosted Application

Hosted Application is a remote Internet automation system that replaces the in-house I/P infrastructure. It uses data created by the clients Accounts Payable accounting system to create document images of the purchase order (P.O.), and receiving reports. When combined with the purchase contracts and invoice, it enforces contract compliance and provides pre-audit to insure the accuracy of vendor payments. All document images and data is entered automatically and is available to any authorized person.

Application hosting is economical, and easy to use. The average monthly base cost can be justified quickly, and eliminates any large output of funds, eliminating any budgetary restrictions. Optionally, provide Post-audit review to assure no inadvertent errors are in the system.
